My back........

is fucked. Moving heavy things is not recommended. Now I'm in constant pain, been in bed alllllllll day. Hopefully its better tomorrow. All it took was one heavy ass potted plant. Then bam! I thought it was better but getting out of the car this morning apparently made it mad and I got a shooting pain, I guess this is throwing your back out? I've done it before and this is no fun. Booooooooooo, everybody is sick too. Hopefully I don't get hit by that as well.
